New Delhi (Tezsamachar Reporter ) – Lingaya’s Lalita Devi Institute of Management & Sciences (LLDIMS), a NAAC A-grade college affiliated to GGSIndraprastha University, New Delhi, hosted an environmental awareness campaign to enlighten its students on the importance of ecology and sustainable living. Students from its various disciplines, including management, journalism, education and commerce enthusiastically participated in the event and pledged not only to plant more trees but also adopt trees to ensure its protection and growth. It was held in association with Mission Vriksha, a student-led group committed to environmental protection and tree plantation.
On the occasion, a pledge was made to not only protect trees, but also plant more trees for the betterment of people and surroundings, especially when the pollution in Delhi NCR has seen rise over normal level.
